An insightful account of the horrors and reality of suffering with any kind of depression. I’d recommend this book for those who have a family member suffering to try to understand what they are enduring better or even if you suffer yourself and are looking for some kind of clarity.
This is the author’s own personal account of his experience battling depression and I believe he provides a great delivery of it. This book does a fascinating and authentic job of describing what it feels like day and night having this illness. And proving that there always, always, always is hope.
