So I spent some money at the good ol’ B&N. It’s a small haul, but let’s jump right in:
1. Bobby Kennedy: The Making of a Liberal Icon by Larry Tye
Adding to my ever expanding collection of Kennedy books and memorabilia is this new release on Bobby Kennedy. I’ve heard nothing but fantastic things about it and I’ve never read a Kennedy biography focused on Bobby alone, so I know I’ll enjoy this one.
2. The You I’ve Never Known by Ellen Hopkins
Hopkins has long been an author that I read quite a lot of. I enjoy her prose style writing and she’s gifted at creating characters that are deeply lovable and damaged. This is her newest YA prose novel and I’m going into this one completely blind on plot.
3. Evil Serial Killers: Inside the Minds of the Most Monstrous Murderers by Charlotte Greig
A non-fiction book chronicling the minds, crimes, lives, and deaths of some of the 21st century’s most infamous killers. Not everyone’s cup of reading tea, but it’s definitely one of mine.
That’s it! Told ya it was short, hehe! ☺️ What books have you picked up recently?
