Dollar Tree Haul #3

Not the biggest fan of intros, hehe, so here’s another Dollar Tree Haul. I hope you enjoy it as much as I love finding $1 books!

1. Infamous (Fame Game #1) by Lauren Conrad

I haven’t read the L.A. Candy series by Conrad or any of her Style books, so I don’t know what to expect writing wise, but based on the title, this sounds like a drama-filled read.

2. When All is Said & Done by Robert Hill

An unconventional marriage in a rural suburban area during the 1960s. Interesting enough for me.

3. Act of God by Jill Ciment

Claims to be part horror and part dark humor/screwball comedy. Interesting mix. I’m into it. Really like the cover art, too.

4. The Boxtrolls by Elizabeth Cody Kimmel

Another middle grade gem! I remember the movie coming out quite a few years ago (I think?) so it’s time I see how the novel is.

5. Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery

Just finished this one a few days ago! Loved every part of it and I’m looking forward to reading the rest of the Anne books.

5. Red Heat: Conspiracy, Murder, and the Cold War in the Caribbean by Alex von Tunzelmann

Had to have something non-fiction on here, right? :p Red Heat is supposed reveal all the dirt about the Cold War and a bunch of other conspiracy-esque stuff. Even if I don’t end up enjoying it, the title itself sounds like it’ll be far from dull.
